The Executive Branch of Florida

Executive Branch

Florida's Executive Branch entails the Governor who serves as the supreme executive power. On this webpage and its sub pages you will find information on the Current Governor of Florida, the Lieutenant of the Governor and information on their roles and responsibilities. The duties of the positions listed above are named in the Florida Constitution.

The Florida Model Legislature works very hard to ensure that a simulation of the governors activities before and at the conference are accurate and within the ability of the governor. If your interested in becoming the governor of the Florida Model Legislature, check out our Volunteer Page.
