Collegiate Institute on Civics and Government
Feb. 17-21, 2014 Tallahassee, FL

The Institute to be held in Tallahassee will provide an in depth training on,
  • Legislative Branch
  • Executive Branch
  • Judicial Branch
  • Federal Government
  • Local Governments
  • Civic Health

Visit our Learning Outcomes 

The student leaders in attendance will convene to discuss specific legislation during our Collegiate Forum on Legislative Advocacy. The Forum will debate and adopt a position paper on contemporary issues. Their position paper will be distributed to state legislators, the Governor and executive branch, U.S. congressmen, the President of the United States and higher education leaders.

The capstone of the Institute will be a Model Legislative Session that will put class academics to work in a simulation.
